REQUIREMENTS Matric, associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or financial role Basic understanding of contract management processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in data entry and accounting software Good communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong ethical standards and integrity DUTIES Transaction Processing: Record debit transactions accurately. Process payments and refunds. Maintain detailed records of financial transactions. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and financial ledgers. Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts. Ensure all transactions are balanced and accounted for. Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting systems. Update and maintain databases with accurate information. Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries from customers regarding their accounts. Provide information and resolve issues related to debits. Assist customers with transaction processing. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing financial reports. Support the finance team with various administrative tasks. Maintain organised financial records and documentation. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Prepare and submit required financial reports. Assist with audits and regulatory reviews.
