REQUIREMENTS- Matric, associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or financial role

DUTIESTransaction Processing:
- Record debit transactions accurately.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions.
Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and financial ledgers.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Ensure all transactions are balanced and accounted for.
Data Entry:
- Enter financial data into accounting systems.
- Update and maintain databases with accurate information.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding their accounts.
- Provide information and resolve issues related to debits.
- Assist customers with transaction processing.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Prepare and submit required financial reports.
- Assist with audits and regulatory reviews.
Contract Management Assistance:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing contract records.
- Support the contract management team with administrative tasks.
