Reputable private tertiary institution seeks EE candidate with completed Masters degree in Education (preferable PhD) and 5 years relevant experience in Teaching & Learning environment (tertiary level) to join their team. MUST HAVE: Masters Degree in Education Prefer PhD in Education 5 years experience in Teaching & Learning (tertiary environment) Must have research output in accredited journals/books Leadership and management skills Only EE candidates will be considered. DUTIES: Academic leadership and management at tertiary level Develop new academic programmes for accreditation Plan resource allocation Support and develop national and campus teams in delivery of Teaching, Learning & Assessment strategies Analyse and report on Students academic results Stakeholder engagement Industry and professional management Teaching, supervision and research Campus support Build research capacity and foster postgraduate studies.
