Job Title : German Speaking Claims Handler (Insurance) Start Date : 1st May 2024 Location : Cape Town Job Type : Full Time | On-site Salary : R19 000 per month Benefits Working hours : 09h00 – 17h00 Monday to Friday Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate of Higher Education Previous experience in call/assistance centres is desirable but at least in telephone customer services South African ID or South African Permanent Residency Holder German speaker with professional fluency – level B1 or higher Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools Benefits Salary: R19 000 (Base) Medical Aid: Paid by company for employee - Discovery Health Classic Smart Option 21 days paid leave per year Parking Retirement Annuity: Paid by company after completion of probation period of 6 months 10% of basic salary Bonus structure - Equivalent to 1 month's salary, based on performance appraisals Training based on international professional know-how, systems and various training platforms Daily communication in foreign languages, working on a global scale Responsibilities Claims services. Replying to incoming email enquiries Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims. Efficient claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
