We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer (mostly UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow, Virtual Agent) to Develop analytics and reports on Service Now platform. This will be a 3-year Fixed Contract position (Renewable & Ongoing) Send your CV to elsa.vandenbergmediro-ict.co.za Develop your own analytics and reports on Service Now platform Align with stakeholders to deliver them their desired reports Use your Service Now experience to exercise governance on the reporting developments. Test and deploy your solutions with our agile toolchain. No on-call duty required at this point Qualifications: Completed university degree in computer science, business intelligence or similar. Ideally experienced in developing with ServiceNow Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also JellyScript ITIL Certification advantageous Experience: Min 8 years working experience in IT Service Management ServiceNow development (UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow, Virtual Agent) Alternatively, sound JavaScript development experience and willingness to quickly learn ServiceNow development Service Management, ITIL Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Smart mind, willing to learn new things on the go Ability to work as part of an Agile team, inter-dependant as well as independently Be able to submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality Taking ownership and responsibility Must be self-motivated and having an autonomous working style Possibly travel to Germany as and when required Hands-on & positive can-do attitude High proficiency of English language, German is a plus Ability to relate and interact with a variety of stakeholders at different organisational levels Salary Market Related Apply Now
