A well-established dealership in Midvaal, Gauteng is looking for a Diesel Technicians with preferably Iveco/DAF/UD/FAW experience.

Responsibilities:

Fault-finding and diagnosis on IVECO/DAF/UD/FAW Busses/Trucks by interpreting product "under performance" and/or failure.
Must have excellent electrical skills on trucks.
By following directives provided in Workshop Manuals, produce work of the brands' acceptable standards.
Follow repair, maintenance instructions and specifications as per the manual.
Ensure excellence in customer service delivery through meticulously following procedures/processes.
Provide comprehensive and accurate reports on diagnosis, assessment of component/part, failures, observations, actions and recommendations.

Requirements:

Must be practically and mechanically oriented.
Trade Test Certificate- Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
Must have a minimum of 5 years (not including years as an apprentice) IVECO/FAW/DAF experience as a qualified diesel technician.
Must be able to think logically and clearly.
Must have self-discipline.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must be safety conscious, to avoid unnecessary accidents.
Must have business sense and good judgment.
Must care about the quality of work to be done and have customer satisfaction in mind.
