Qualification and Skills Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
3 5 years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist within the telecommunication sector.
Excellent excel and presentation skills a must.
Deliver results within a defined time frame and strong sense of ownership.
Passionate about new ideas, solving problems, and delivering results
Proactive and pay attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work well under pressure.
Must have a valid drivers licence.

Duties and responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand industry trend, consumer behaviour, and competitors offerings.
Create compelling content that aligns with the brands messaging and goals.
Optimise digital marketing content for online platforms.
Monitor digital traffic, social media engagement, and website analytics.
Monitor project status and budget.
Stay informed about changing advertising trends.
Development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
