Digital Senior / Lead Designer (hybrid working) - Johannesburg

What we are looking for: A digital senior / lead designer.
What you will do:
You will capture promotional excitement and breakthrough campaigns for clients. The successful applicant will be tasked to carry visual and conceptual skills from initial brief to final artwork. Have a keen eye for little and big details, work well under pressure with quick deadlines, must be resourceful, a self-starter and a conceptual thinker. Have great communication skills, exceptional lay-out skills; know a thing or two about the digital environment and play well with others - someone who is great with collaborating with seniors, juniors and members of other departments.
What you must have:
- At least 5 years’ solid design experience
- 2 years' experience leading a small design team
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD.
- FIGMA experience is advantageous
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional layout skills and an eye for typography and photo comping
- Experience in presenting campaigns to creative heads and clients
- Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
