Job Characteristics: Responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the country/market divisional results through merchandising sales and service programs in core segments including full-service restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, quick service, food retail, and any new additional service programs, for the assigned geography. Provides leadership and development to sales representatives to maximize their potential and help the division accomplish its annual sales goals, driving net sales growth and generating new business within the division. Accountable for maintaining customer and cross-divisional relationships, managing a team of sales representatives and service positions. Education/Work Experience: Degree and 10 years of combination selling and/or sales management experience within a pest control division Bilingual proficiency (English). Additional scope criteria based on division and region guidelines may be followed. Independence Level/Reports to Typically reports to AVP Sales head. Strong sales (preference would be someone at a sales Director level) Strong Operations Must lead a sales and operations team Strong experience in the Pest industry Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service through needs assessment, monitoring quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. What You Will Do: · Lead the Pest Team in South Africa and develop and execute our Growth ambitions. · Effectively select, train, develop and coach service specialists with emphasis on customer retention, growing existing account add-on sales, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction · Develop and coach District Managers on leading the night route service specialists with emphasis on successful district results. · Manage area business process to maximize route productivity and ensure consistent service delivery · Fully understand the company protocols and procedures to assure quality service and compliance with applicable regulations/laws · Manage district P&L to maximize profitability Degree and 10 years of combination selling and/or sales management experience within a pest control division Bilingual proficiency (English).
