JOB TITLE: Key Accounts Manager – Integrated Security Management Systems TERRITORY: Southern, Central and West Africa, LATAM Exciting opportunity available for a Key Accounts Manager in the Integrated Security Systems division of Business Development. As the Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share, driving strategic commercial initiatives, and concluding sales of the company's range of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Software, and Electronic Safety products within the assigned territory. A strong emphasis will be on upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Your role will ensure the company's principal products and services achieve maximum exposure and that set sales targets and goals are met. You will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, with a particular focus on key accounts, especially in the mining industry. Creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities and closing sales orders within set geographic boundaries. Concluding sales of the company's range of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Software, and Electronic Safety products. Establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the Commercial Director. Focusing on upselling and cross-selling to key accounts to drive additional revenue. Working on key deals to help define and oversee how our products are deployed. Providing product and sales training to end-users to help them understand our products and service offering. Feeding back end-user customer requirements to technical and operations departments to help implement product offering and service improvements. Compiling data on competitive products and pricing, maintaining working knowledge of competitive offerings. Staying abreast of competitors, new opportunities, and industry trends by researching industry events, publications, and announcements. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining industry. Identifying and targeting key accounts in the mining sector to promote and sell surveillance equipment. Understanding the unique security challenges and needs of the mining industry to tailor solutions accordingly. Conducting site visits and security assessments to provide customised solutions for mining clients. Coordinating with technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of surveillance systems in mining environments. Offering post-sales support and ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Knowledge of Avigilon video surveillance and Gallagher access control systems as well as public address, voice alarm, intruder alarms, and related integrated security and safety systems. Willingness to travel extensively within Sub-Sahara Africa and LATAM. At least 50% travel. A valid passport. PSIRA registration. 5 years industry experience with 5 years' experience in a technical sales environment. Experience in the mining vertical will be advantageous.
