Description Receiving, collating & expeditiously processing export documentationVerify Protocol & Handling Requirement of ConsignmentEnsure all Regulations are met and in accordance with the commodity and import country profileGenerate all export documents within required timeframe and in relation to documentation instructionsVerify all shipment data & provide support of CertificationComplete all Documentation submissions accurately and according to document InstructionsFinalise and transmit accurately Completed Documents within our service delivery undertaking.Effectively Facilitate all aspects required & process any additional requests for succesful delivery.Record keeping & Data maintenance in accordance with company SOPLogistex to be updated as when a task is being actioned.Product Management Update, Monitor and Collate all shipment details & Review processing timeframesScheduled & Regular Reporting on submission proceduresProtocol Compliance Ensure compliance to all organizational policies and proceduresManage all communication with Export authorities & Roleplayers - PPECB, DALRRD and Shipping lines.Efficient & effective time managementRelationship Management External: Develop & Maintain Collaborative relationship with export authoritiesInternal: Develop & Maintain Collaborative relationship within all departmentsInternal: Communicate with Management to resolve any queries timeouslyEssential Attributes Deadline drivenExcellent sense of prioritising, planning and organising.Ability to work in pressurised environment and being resilient
