Experience in mechanical design, with proficiency in SolidWorks preferred. Ability to prototype solutions for machines, mobile automotive, and hydraulic applications. Proficient in drawing electrical schematics using AutoCAD. Understanding of mobile machines, PLCs, sensors, wire harnesses, and integration of subsystems within existing machines or new applications. Hands-on workshop experience during prototyping phases. Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience in creating detailed design documentation such as manuals, functional specifications, and help guides. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external stakeholders. Capability to manage own projects, including preparing quotations and sourcing procurement. Proven experience using drawing software in an engineering or technical environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and documentation purposes. Possession of a valid driver's license. Familiarity with sheet metal, welded structures, basic hydraulic systems, and basic electrical systems would be advantageous. Knowledge of other CAD software besides SolidWorks advantage. Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
