Driver (Code 14) - South Africa
Main purpose of the Job:
elivery of products to Fair Cape customers
Preferred Requirements:
- Preferably Grade 12
- Valid PDP - Dangerous Goods
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- No accident record
- Clear Criminal record
- Own Transport (Advantageous)
Knowledge
- Customer focused
- Safe reversing truck procedures
- Defensive driving
- Road Traffic Act (i.e. operating a vehicle)
- Driver actions regarding to weather/road/traffic conditions
- Reporting procedure of emergencies and defects
- Working with refrigerated/temperature-controlled trucks
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Numeracy and Literacy skills
