E-Commerce Manager - Western Cape A leading retailer of upholstery, curtaining and multi-purpose fabrics is looking for a seasoned E-commerce Manager to lead their e-commerce store. The successful candidate will be based at our head office in Bellville. The main functions of the job include: Implement and manage e-commerce strategy Continuously develop and optimize the e-commerce platform Achieve e-commerce sales targets Report and analyse e-commerce platform performance Manage the e-commerce team REQUIREMENTS Degree or accredited qualification in e-commerce, business, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing and driving an e-commerce platform in a retail environment Expert knowledge and in-depth experience with the Shopify platform Luxury brand experience is an advantage Strong understanding of website design, development, and tracking Ability to interpret web analytics and reporting, and knowledge of how to improve these metrics Strong strategy development experience Ability to manage and motivate a team Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration Personal Competencies Results-driven Customer-centric Accountable Decisive and able to prioritize Excellent time management and ability to thrive under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Negotiation and influencing skills Monthly Salary: Market related
