The Engineer is responsible for the Electrical Maintenance for the site and his functions include:
- Safety and legal compliance
- Maintenance management
- Root cause failure analysis
- Corrective actions and improvement management
- People management and development
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of B Engineering in Electrical Engineering, with more than 5 years of Heavy Industry experience and at least 4 years of experience in a position responsible for people management.
- Legal compliance certification in terms of the OHSACT. (GCC - Factories)
- Training in Maintenance Principles and Practices
- Management Development training will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet work deadlines with attention to detail
