What You Can Expect: Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 Friday: 08:00 – 16:00 10 years' experience in an Advisory / Consulting role Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Excellent communication and negotiation skills Solid experience in the 6 steps of the Engineering design process Proven track record with tenders for new projects Experience in Building Electrical, distribution, transmission, and reticulation, including renewable power sources, electronic security systems, and PV designs Proficient in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and most Engineering Software Ability to lead a team, mentor juniors, and manage a National Electrical Engineering team Energetic, goal-driven, and eager to grow towards a Director and Shareholder role, with a willingness to participate in incentive schemes
