Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in Drives technology to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the mining and cement sectors.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including decision-makers and influencers.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting our Drives solutions.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging insights to drive business success.

Requirements:

Valid Electrical/Electronic or Marketing Qualification.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development within the mining or cement industries, with a focus on Drives technology.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of LV, MV, DC Drives & Controllers, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel extensively outside of South Africa as required.
