Engineering company in Cape Town requires trade tested Electrician with Matric / Grade 12 and 3years Solar experience. Person will be responsible for day to day maintenance on Solar PV plants, troubleshooting and repairs on AC / DC / Inverters, generators and all other related PV (photovoltaic cell also called solar cell) equipment and systems. Person will be responsible for maintenance and repairs on solar PV plant equipment and generators, preventative maintenance checks, audits on systems, manage field staff, use PV Software to log activities and manage all related administrative duties. Person must have Matric / Grade 12, must be trade tested Electrician and have 2 - 3 years' Solar support experience. Person must have valid driver's license (essential). Salary package negotiable (depending on qualifications and experience)
