We are currently recruiting for an Electrician (Underground) to join our dynamic team, based in Brits (North West). Ensure that a good standard of safety awareness is maintained. Ensure that section personnel comply with the requires Health and Safety and Environmental standards. Ensure good housekeeping standards and maintained. Daily, Weekly and Monthly inspections to be done. Electrical maintenance on all machinery underground. Must be able to work overtime when required. Grade 12 and/or N2 (NQF Lev 3). Electrical Trade Test. 2-3 years in an Underground environment. Must have own transport and valid driver's license. First Aid Certificate. Good general health AND a certificate of fitness (Red Ticket). Characteristics or skills that is required: Sound planning (time management), and organisational abilities. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize. Good customer and interpersonal skills. Ability to function on your own and within a team. Independent, self-motivated, proactive thinking. Ability to communicate in English (written & verbal) and one other official language. Market Related
