Company just outside of Port Shepstone are recruiting for an Electrician with their N3 National Red Seal Qualification and 3-5 years of electrical experience in heavy industry. Applicants should be able to work at heights and in confined spaces, possess a working knowledge of VSD's, soft starters and PLC's and understand the basic principles of Ammonia refrigeration. Knowledge of repairing and calibrating scales, and own transport essential. Duties will include performing preventative and breakdown maintenance in a processing plant; fault finding, repair and maintaining heavy industry machinery; and previous experience working in an abattoir or meat/ poultry environment would be an advantage
