Reference: NEL011489-SH-1 We are seeking an Employee & Industrial Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is instrumental in managing disciplinary processes, fostering a positive work environment, strengthening employee relationships, and ensuring compliance with South African labor laws. Qualifications and Experience: - Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws (LRA, BCEA, etc.) - Experience dealing with the CCMA, bargaining councils, and unions - Proven track record in managing complex disciplinary processes and investigations - Experience in mediation, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
