In this exciting position, you'll play a key role as an Enablement People Architect within a prominent South African corporate entity. Responsible to spearhead HR initiatives crucial for business transformation. This role encompasses leading HR programs, conducting insightful research to support innovation, and providing strategic counsel to address complex HR challenges. Responsibilities: Research and Solution Design: Collaborate with HR teams to understand policies and procedures Conduct comprehensive research on HR trends and practices Develop innovative HR strategies and test hypotheses for optimal solutions People Workstream Management: Establish and lead diverse teams to achieve HR objectives Manage reporting and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between business units and HR departments Partner with senior HR leaders to optimize service delivery and strategy implementation Foster relationships with clients, staff, and labor organizations to drive collaboration and mutual success Soft Skills/Additional Info: Strategic thinker aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset Thrives in dynamic environments and adept at managing multiple priorities Demonstrates business acumen and meticulous attention to detail Collaborative team player across functions and departments Adaptable learner navigating change and complexity Skilled in conflict resolution and handling sensitive HR matters Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources or business management Experience in the financial services sector Experience in a unionised environment Experience in leading HR Projects/system implementations At least 5 years in senior HR roles, including: Designing effective people solutions and compensation models Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagements Demonstrated ability to drive impactful HR programs and influence outcomes Required Competencies: Profound understanding of HR legislation and best practices Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) with strong analytical and reporting skills Expertise in research methodologies and data analysis R750 000 – R850 000 CTC p/a depending on experience.
