Energy Efficiency Consultant (Client Engagement Specialist)

Cape Town, Northern Suburbs
The successful incumbent will be working within the sustainability team and will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, to ensure they receive maximum value for data analytics solutions.

Minimum requirements:

Degree or Honours or Masters (Engineering)
Expertise in Energy Efficiency or Renewable Energy

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship and Management:
Primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and feedback
Client onboarding and training:
Lead the client onboarding process and setup of data analytics solutions.
Develop and update training manuals and resources to support ongoing client education.
Project Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise and keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support
Client feedback:
Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
