Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Lead client onboarding processes and ensure smooth setup of data analytics solutions.
2. Project Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to oversee client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
3. Client Education:
Develop and update training materials to empower clients with the knowledge to maximize the value of our solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Honours, or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in Energy Efficiency or Renewable Energy.
