Your Role: As a Solar Operations & Maintenance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our solar power operations, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our solar installations. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing our solar farms and driving our mission of sustainable energy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with solar installations, using your expertise to devise innovative solutions.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of solar systems, implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and output.
Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of our solar installations.
