Job Description:
Position Overview: As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be a key part of our sales team, responsible for engaging potential customers and driving sales through effective communication and a target-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Utilize telesales techniques to pitch and promote products or services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and information to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
Requirements:
Previous outbound call center or telesales experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Vibrant, energetic, and proactive attitude.
Strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Basic Salary: R4000
Attendance Bonus: R1000
Kicker Bonus: R1500
Uncapped Commission Potential: Up to R19000
Shifts:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
