International Sales Agents

Our client a market-leading provider in the BPO space is looking for International Sales Agents to join their growing international team to support the goals and objectives of the campaign by ensuring that individual sales targets are achieved/exceeded, whilst also contributing towards overall team performance in a consistent, professional and ethical manner.

Responsibilities:

Initiate sales process and inform customers of current specials, product information and other related activites.
Maintain a high level of understanding of current products and services.
Ensure that monthly targets are met. 2 Ensure that customer information is correctly and accurately captured onto the various sales support systems.
Responsible for responding and following up on all rescheduled calls and pending information.
Liaising with the various sales channels, support staff, internal/external customers and other relevant personnel in a professional manner that in line with our company values.
Provide additional support to the contact centre operations in terms of taking calls, handling internal/external client queries as and when required to do so

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months International inbound/outbound telesales experience gained within the last 12 months within a Call Centre environment
Strong selling ability and able to close customers.
Strong understanding of the International Market is required
Clear Criminal Record
Proven Track record – Commission earnings

Compensation and Benefits

Basic Salary R5000 + R1000 Attendance + R1000 Night Shift Allowance

Working hours 18:00pm – 2:00am
