Leading Stainless steel, glass balustrade, staircase, and pool enclosure sub-contractor are seeking an Estimator to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious personality with more than 2 years of estimation experience. Experience in the construction industry is advantageous. We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of balustrades, staircases and pool enclosures in commercial and residential markets. Ability to read and understand all construction plans and drawings related to project • Identify material equipment needs and costs based on drawings and specifications • Provide detailed estimates to our customers promptly • Be able to work accurately and under pressure • Matric (Grade 12) with outstanding mathematical abilities • 2 years experience working as an estimator • Ability to understand technical drawing and requirements and interpret Bill of Quantities when necessary • Computer literacy essential; Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Good communication and organizational skills • Have a stable work record and contactable references R20k to R25k per month – negotiable depending on experience Provident Fund after probation period
