We are a leading subcontractor specializing in stainless steel, glass balustrade, and pool enclosures, and we are seeking a motivated Residential Sales Representative to join our team. We excel in the design, manufacturing and installation of balustrades, staircases, and pool enclosures in commercial and Residential markets. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors (QS) within the residential sector. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential market. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate project estimates. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients. Track sales progress and report regularly to sales manager. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Extensive experience in the building industry, particularly in sales or related roles. Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proven track record of sales success. Proficiency in computer skills of managing customer databases and creating sales reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for regular travel to client sites. Monthly Basic Salary: R16 000.00 to R18 000.00 Monthly Commission: Target-driven Provident Fund: Available after successful completion of a three-month probation period Vehicle Maintenance: Covered for business kilometers traveled Fuel Card: Provided Cellphone & Laptop: Provided Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 16:00 PM Probation Period: Three months Apply Now
