Candidate requirements:
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Proven experience in a 5* properties kitchen
- The ability to manage a main kitchen as well as satellite kitchen
- The ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent menu planning and development skills
- Stock Management expertise including management of food wastage
- Budget control knowledge
- Health & Safety knowledge and the ability to ensure the practice thereof
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Staff management, roster and leave management
Live-in position with all meals, laundry and wifi. Medical aid contribution and bednights for family and friends at a discounted rate.
