Building relationships and serving our growing external customer base brilliantly is a key aspect of the Customer Advisor role; ensuring that customers are connected to our full-service offering including customization, business accounts and unique uniform solutions. The main responsibilities of the role include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers; serving them brilliantly and growing the business. Must maintain and execute a well-structured independent call plan; visiting new and existing customers to understand their needs and connect them to the right solutions. Ensuring that every customer’s needs are attended to brilliantly, with passion and exceptional attention to detail. Gain a complete understanding of our entire product offering. Assist with ensuring all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard. Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders. Following up efficiently and effectively with customers on everything related to their outstanding orders and quotations. Processing of customer payments at Point of Sale and taking accountability for cash desk when required. Available to work on weekends when required. The experience we’re looking for: Exceptional sales and customer service experience. Established customer confidence through delivery on promises. Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (spreadsheets), Word, Outlook; preferably also Syspro. Excellent fluency in spoken and written English. Has a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (not negotiable). The type of personality that will excel: Outstanding with people, possessing great communication skills. Presentable and articulate with impeccable manners. Excited by the prospect of new business opportunities. The provider of a truly remarkable experience for every new and existing customer. A “go-to” person on whom people can rely. Organised with a sense of urgency always keeping to their promises. Passionate about excellence and attention to detail, follows up and follows through.
