External Sales Representative - Engineering/Technical (West Rand) - MUST RESIDE IN WEST RAND AREA Client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. You will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Qualification Matric Sales/Marketing qualification or training Requirements Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool/ engineering market or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relation-ships with customers. Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and ur-gency. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Great attention to detail. Committed and reliable. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual – English & Afrikaans Reliable own transport Duties Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer. Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management. Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries. Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
