Responsibilities Generating leads Identify and establish contact with potential customers Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales Preparing weekly and monthly reports Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services Maintaining client records Assisting customers with queries related to products, pricing and availability Servicing of new and existing customers Completing of call reports Assisting customers with technical advice and queries Sales & budget forecasts Opening up of new accounts Achieving monthly target Establishing, developing and maintaining good customer relationships Syspro experience required Must have a valid drivers’ licence Minimum of 3-4 years Sales experience required in the Steel & Tube industry Understanding of sales process and dynamics A commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
