Introduction Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for a Farm Quality Support to join their dynamic team in Addo. Description Responsibilities This position will assist the Grower Manager in providing the following support to our growers: Follow-up and control of the daily harvest program by taking samples and updating the KPI board. Carry out random monitoring of the main pests and diseases. Ensure the completion of the main agricultural tasks, in the correct manner and at the correct time (Pruning, Fertilization, Spraying, Herbicide, Irrigation). Build degradation curves of chemical products in conjunction with the Quality Department. Participate in performance trials of new varieties and chemical products defined by Quality manager and Production manager. Assist with harvest estimates for the season. Requirements: Argri Graduate or someone who has worked on a citrus farm. Additional: Must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays.
