Franchise Manager - Restaurant industry Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to franchise standards and policies. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control expenses. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets. Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels to minimize waste and shortages. Marketing and Sales: Implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and labor laws. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and staff performance to senior management. Requirements : Business degree or equivalent. 4 years of experience in a Franchise managerial role within the fast-food industry. Stable work history Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
