Our client is seeking a Feature Analyst who will be responsible for sourcing and communicating detailed feature requirements to various stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into detailed business specifications.
Evaluate and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the organization's business operations and processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and propose solutions.
Produce clear and concise documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential consequences of changes and estimate the resources required to implement them.
Assist in the preparation of test plans and test cases to ensure that the delivered solution meets the specified requirements.
Provide ongoing support to business and IT teams during the implementation of new systems and processes.

Fintech experience is beneficial.
Excellent understanding of software developement processes.
Good understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Strong understanding of user-centered UI design.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps / JIRA / other project management tools
