Field Sales Representative - Johannesburg
What youll do
â Act as a voice of the customer capturing insights at every opportunity
â Conduct info sessions with current and prospective employees to sell company's values proposition
â Participate in outbound call campaign to prospective employees or newly signed up employees.
â Manage the interactions with existing / prospective employees to understand their needs, concerns, and goals; pitch company as a solution
â Support employees through the sign up process and ensure theyre ready to take their first trips soon after
â Manage strategic partnerships with third-parties
What youll Need:
â Previous experience in an inside and /or field sales position (ideally) or client facing position.
â Highly self-motivated & autonomous: understand what their goals are, strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and dont require constant reminders to complete
tasks
â Action oriented: ability to take practical action to deal with a problem or situation.
â People person: you love talking to people and getting them excited.
â Adaptable: ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment Apply Now
