Field Service Controllers. Salary: R10 000 – R16 000CTC Location: Alberton Duties Control of servicing, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance Dispatching technicians to breakdowns Daily planning of technicians’ work Requirements: 3 years of experience in the material handling industry or related. Three years of experience in a similar role. Good communication skills Excellent computer skills. The ability to understand technical procedures. Good communication abilities – both written and verbal Able to deal with the staff in an assertive but fair manner. Prepared to be available after working hours. Must be able to deal with customers in an amicable way. The ability to withstand pressure situations. Self-disciplined in their attention to detail The ability to escalate potentially contentious situations. Computer literate and competent in understanding new systems. Able and willing to carry out the instructions. Experience in a similar environment will be advantageous.
