Main Purpose of Job To provide remote, onsite support, maintain digital signage solutions and networks and complete agreed administrative tasks. To ensure the successful installation of ODM solutions to ODM and client requirements, satisfaction, and expectations. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS TROUBLE SHOOTING Identify and resolve site solution performance issues and faults Plan and design solutions for various faults across all networks Highlight fault trends per site MAINTAINING ASSIGNED VENUES Prioritise daily site visits according to Manage Engine tickets assigned by the ODM Help Desk· Ensure tickets assigned to you are accurate and that all fields are correctly populated Plan days and order stock in accordance with operational needs and within agreed SLA with ODM clients. Ensure that the correct tools and stock is taken to site to minimize time on site and maximise efficiency Time Distribution of time in accordance with operational requirements. STANDARD REQUIRED High level of accuracy Ensure that entire solution is in good, working condition, wiring is tidy, screen placement is correct, work areas are clean, and the correct content is playing Ensure CMS venue detail is always accurate · Escalate and relay issues, irregularities, or unresolved issues to the Regional Manager. STOCK AND ADMIN Update MMS/CMS/ME comments and submit updated photographs Complete and submit digital sign off documentation before leaving site Complete relevant virtual stock movements into or out of stores virtual venue (Stock tracking) Handle stock correctly and with care always, as well as report breakages or damage to the Regional Manager immediately TRAVEL AND VEHICLE Efficient travel and route planning to ensure mileage is kept to a minimum Log all mileage, time, work descriptions and solutions on Manage Engine immediately for each site visit Avoid all unnecessary visits to site, including site visits for reboots. Report any user error issues to site manager and Regional Manager. · Ensure that driver's license and vehicle license are always valid. Ensure that vehicle is always kept neat and tidy in order to maintain ODM image. Comply with South African road and traffic regulations. Avoid reckless and negligent driving and ensure safe transportation of stock EQUIPMENT USAGE AND CARE Ensure tools are kept in working condition, including company issued cellular phone Attend to clients promptly, effectively, efficiently, and courteously. Maintain excellent relationships with ODM clients Always be well groomed, well-spoken, and friendly Matric. Training in networking and relevant information technology qualification. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3 years information Technology Industry. LANGUAGES REQUIRED English, other South African languages will be beneficial. INHERENT REQUIREMENTS Full colour spectrum vision required. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Verbal and written communication skills Background and experience in related field Able to adapt to operational changes Good time management skills Customer Service orientated Driver's License Ability to solve problems Able to use initiative IT and installation knowledge and experience R9 000 - R11 000 Apply Now
