Finance / Administration Manager (Transport / Logistics), Kempton Park - - Johannesburg

Relevant tertiary qualification
Some Commercial / Financial Accounting experience in a transport / logistics environment essential
Working knowledge of Excel, SAP & Google Sheets
Weekly / Monthly reporting of transport operational cost
Weekly fuel reports, including daily recons
Expense control and preparation of invoices and EIR's for payment
Preparation and posting of month end journals, including accruals
Analyzing Trial Balance and reporting on variances to last year and budget
Monthly KPI, issues, KM, Casual Labour and fuel comparison reports
Maintain / manage monthly Westbank File
Preparing annual budget
Assisting with supplier queries
Stock count of tyres / fuel / cleaning materials and stationary
Operational involvement with DC's when needed
