Finance Administrator - Umhlanga Rocks

Minimum requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Bookkeeping
The Administration Clerk position includes the capturing of all Creditors (Suppliers) invoices, invoicing of Debtors (Customers), emailing of Proof of Payments, scanning of all accounting documents for record purposes, reconciling of accounts, and the like. These job descriptions are a basic guide and are not comprehensive so you will, from time to time, be requested to undertake duties and tasks that are not listed. The function of this job is normally restricted to general office hours and, but you may be required to successfully fulfil your function after normal hours from time to time.
