Financial controls and procedures Accurate preparation of Daily treasury reconciliations. Accurate recon of daily deposits for trust account deposits Distribution of daily bank statements Weekly preparation and reconciliations of all Trust and bank accounts Monthly recon of IPAP float account Excel bank statements to be updated Daily for any MA deposits done. Update customer records _receipting Unreceipted & unallocated deposit list to be forwarded every morning Maintenance of all master accounts Receipting of daily deposits and MA loads Creditor payments to be captured by 3pm daily Daily trust account deposits to be captured by 3 PM daily Sales dashboard, vat, credit card, VIC recon Support staff on leave ERP and CRM Enhancements Provide input to ensure correctness of the integration and daily loads Ensure reconciliations are balanced between ERP and salesforce for all MA loads Ensure regular and accurate capturing of translations on the banking module Digital processes – Systems and processes Review and enhancements of all existing systems/processes _Treasury To assist with all software maintenance, development, and automation Achieve Compliance – Bank & Trust, Successful audits, BEE, SARS, POPIA etc To ensure bank and trust (VIC) are accurately captured "Ensure records are correct and available for audit Ensure Bank and trust balances with Trial balance Manage information in line with POPIA act Cost and commercial driver management Ensure banking done timeously Ensure trust accounts topped up daily To monitor interest received and ensure payments are in line with calculations General Support all stakeholders in the resolution of issues and enquiries Experience Min 2 - 3 years in a financial role 1-2 years in a Treasury role Financial and management accounting Understanding of tax regulations and compliance Audit & Costing Intermediate MS Office with advanced Excel ERP systems Attributes Prioritizing Interpersonal Leadership Communication Mentorship Ability to enforce regulations, policies, and procedures at all levels Problem solving Presentation Planning and organisation Conflict management Performance Management Quality Management Critical thinking Exceptional business acumen Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels Ability to read, analyze, and interpret relevant technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents Ability to multitask Ability to learn quickly Qualifications National Diploma in Financial Accounting (NQF level 5) National Diploma in Financial Accounting (NQF level 6) BCom Accounting or Financial Management (NQF level 7) Certified General Accountant Industry Related.
