Purpose: Finance & Risk Manager that will analyse every day finance activities ana subsequently provide advice to upper management on the future plans, the goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives Key Job Outputs: Provide finance reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take Maintain the financial health of the organisation Annalyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and company's actual performance compared to the business plans Authorise all payments that neds to be made Develop trends and projections for the company's finances Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Oversee operations of the finance department, sets goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met Compile the annual budget and forecasting Management of the company's budget Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, finance management, accounting and Tax Draw up financial statements(trail balance, Income statement, balance sheet) Responsible for the accounting and management accounts oof the entity Prepare monthly management reposts Monitor actual expenses against the approved budget and identify variances, and compile monthly management accounts Responsible for business analytics within the company Collate and analyse account data and generate financial reports Keep Risk Register up to date Other duties are assigned Core Competencies: Laise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained Be head liaison with the Auditors Correspond with various other Departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken Work with Group company to assure alignment Salary: Market related Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.
