As part of shaping our robust Talent pipeline, a vacancy exists in the Finance department for a Finance Intern.
Job Duties:- Assist with financial data analysis and reporting
- Support the preparation of financial statements
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Participate in financial audits
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences
- Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship
A Bachelor of Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences are required for this role.
Experience:Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of financial principles and practises
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
This position will be based in our Cape Winelands District office in Wellington, Bellview. The Finance Intern is expected to work full-time hours under a contract arrangement.
