As part of shaping our robust Talent pipeline, a vacancy exists in the Technology department for an IT Intern.
Job Duties:
- Assist IT team with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Provide technical support to internal staff
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Participate in IT system upgrades and maintenance
- Learn and apply IT best practises
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Information and Technology Management
- Strong interest in IT and technology
- Must not currently be or have previously been part of SETA funded internship or graduate program
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience:
- No prior work experience required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT principles and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
