As part of shaping our robust Talent pipeline, a vacancy exists in the HR department for a Human Resources Intern.
Job Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support HR team with administrative tasks
- Participate in training and development programmes
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Assist with employee relations and engagement activities
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program
Education:
Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
Experience:
No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position for graduates
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Cape Town. The intern will work full-time hours during regular business hours.
