Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior management to manage budgets, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Supervising financial operations and reporting, including the analysis of monthly results and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and control costs.
- Developing and implementing effective financial policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit inquiries promptly.
- Preparing tax calculations and filing relevant returns.
- Analyzing financial data and key performance indicators to identify emerging trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in finance, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
- Preference for experience in insurance and financial services sectors.
