Key Performance Areas: Administration & management of the finance department, including the oversight of administrative functions & employees at satellite branches Petty cash Monitoring of cash flow information & preparation of necessary cash forecasts Review & sign-off of creditor reconciliations Daily online domestic banking International banking Preparation of monthly general ledger journals, management accounts, & balance sheet reconciliations Update & maintain the fixed asset register Stock takes - review & manage finalization of variance reports Managing of imported raw material orders HR (Admin) function of salary staff Submission of online Vat 201, EMP 201, EMP 501, WCA, Merseta and Employment Equity returns. Consolidating information required for WSP submissions Reporting to head office, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end Control and managing all financial disciplines and day to day functions required Preparation of year-end working files for annual audit Assist with the preparation for submission of bi-annual and annual tax packs to head office Insurance requirements and claims Requirements: Finance Degree / CIMA Qualification Syspro experience in a manufacturing environment is an essential 5 years' experience at a management level in a team of 3 or more
