Job Description

A top tier company in the Financial Services / Banking sector is looking for a seasoned Finance Solutions Analyst with the necessary know-how for a duration of 6 months. The incumbent will focus on delivering small to large change initiatives for the various finance stakeholders across the board. They will be expected to grow into a valued, trusted Business Partner to CFOs, Heads of Finance, Group Finance and Accounts by bridging the gap between finance and technology.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Thoroughly understand the Finance Architecture and Finance Reporting
Be a Finance expert internally and with industry trends in the relevant product or business area (industry and competitor trends and cycles)
Clearly understand and document the finance business requirements to enable finance enablement to develop solutions against those requirements
Responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery by the finance enablement team before handover to finance
Motivate for proposed changes/improvements in the finance area by writing business cases where relevant to assist in the Business Unit (BU)/Functional Area (FA) prioritisation process
Stakeholder management

As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands-on involved with the department.

The requirements:

Qualification:

Completed Hons Degree in Finance / Business Information Systems or equivalent (advantageous)
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business Information Systems

Experience:

5 years experience in Finance/Business Analysis experience
Project experience in finance and technology
