Financial Accountant - Centurion
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing on Xero up to trail balance. Including all reconciliations.
- Payroll processing on SAGE People. Including all reconciliations.
- Submission of taxes (PAYE, VAT, Income Tax) and resolving SARS issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial accounting role, post-articles
- SAIPA or AGA(SA) registered
- Strong accounting knowledge
- IFRS knowledge
- SARS e-filing experience (VAT, EMP, Income Tax)
- SAGE People and Xero experience advantageous
- Knowledge of BBBEE process and frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in compiling of financial statements
